We will discuss simple ways to incorporate more movement in everyday life and discuss the positive effects of increasing incidental exercise each and every day;
We will discuss the importance of developing and nurturing relationships with family, friends and work colleagues to allow for a greater sense of connection with others and to generate a strong support network for greater wellbeing.
