This series of workshops focuses on the 5 core elements of wellness and is best delivered as a ‘lunchtime’ toolbox workshop for staff over 5 consecutive weeks


We will discuss multiple stress management techniques such as deep breathing, meditation, and achieving work/life balance. We will practice these techniques during the session to become comfortable with how to apply them during everyday life;


We will discuss how to achieve better health and wellness by making good nutritional choices both at work and home. We will discuss the benefits of eating well and how to achieve eating well in our busy, time poor lives. Recipes, shopping guides and meal planning templates are provided during the session;


We will share tips to achieve greater sleep quality and understanding why sleep is so important to our overall wellbeing. We will discuss what triggers often interrupt our sleep quality and how to overcome these triggers to ensure a more resentful nights sleep;


We will discuss simple ways to incorporate more movement in everyday life and discuss the positive effects of increasing incidental exercise each and every day. We will go through a simple, home based exercise routine suitable for everyone focusing on flexibility, core strength and improving functional fitness;

Social Connection

We will discuss the importance of developing and nurturing relationships with family, friends and work colleagues to allow for a greater sense of connection with others and to generate a strong support network for greater wellbeing.
