- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup raspberries (frozen is fine)
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped macadamias
- 1/2 teaspoon concentrated natural vanilla extract
- 1 cup of almond or coconut milk
- Put the ingredients into a container that has a lid (the glass ones are great) and mix well.
- Leave it in the fridge for several hours or overnight.
- Top with coconut yoghurt or natural yoghurt and a drizzle of maple syrup or rice malt syrup (or cinnamon) and enjoy!
