• 1 zucchini
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil or ghee


  1. Using a vegetable spiral, turn your zucchini into long strands resembling pasta.
  2. Heat the oil over medium heat and add the zucchini noodles.
  3. Toss for 3 minutes, until softened slightly and then remove from the heat.
  4. Replace traditional wheat pasta with zoodles for an extra vegetable hit.
