Choc Chip Cookies


  • 1/4 cup cacao nibs
  • 7 medjool dates, seeds removed
  • 1/3 cup hulled tahini
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour (sifted)


  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius and line a tray with baking paper.
  2. Place all ingredients into your food processor and blend until well combined.
  3. Roll teaspoons of cookie dough into balls and flatten slightly using the back of a fork.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Allow to cool.
