- 1 cup raw cashews
- 1-2 tsp salt
- 2-3 tbsp of macadamia oil
- Put cashews in blender, add salt, blend briefly.
- Add oil a little at a time and blend until the desired consistency is reached. Store in an air tight container.
Note: you can use the exact same recipe to make peanut butter, just replace the cashews with peanuts.
