Ingredients

  • 4 cloves garlic, very finely chopped
  • 400g can of chickpeas
  • 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • ½ tsp smoky paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor and whizz until very smooth.
  2. Adjust water for a thicker or thinner consistency.
  3. Store in the fridge for 2 weeks
