- 4 cloves garlic, very finely chopped
- 400g can of chickpeas
- 1.5 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp smoky paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Place all ingredients into a food processor and whizz until very smooth.
- Adjust water for a thicker or thinner consistency.
- Store in the fridge for 2 weeks
