Ingredients

  • 1/2 bunch of curly kale
  • Coconut Oil
  • Salt

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180˚ and line a baking tray with baking paper
  2. Break small (bites-sized) pieces of kale from the stem and spray with coconut oil
  3. Coat with a sprinkle of salt and place in the oven for 10 minutes or so until crispy
