During our wellness retreats, we take 14 luncky women on a journey of empowerment through the ‘7 elements of intrinsic health’ to help them reclaim their own sense of health and wellbeing, and transform the way they think about health and wellbeing for life. Over the course of our weekend immersions, our retreaters experience our unique and empowering approach to women’s health and learn how to use nourishing food and powerful lifestyle practices to effect true positive change in their life, on all levels. Our Retreaters’ learn all they need to know to replenish their own wellbeing whilst being supported in learning these powerful wellness practices by an experienced and diverse team of health practitioners to allow them to nourish their body from the inside out so that they can truly step back into life flourishing – physically, mentally, emotionally and energetically.
OUR INTENTION:
Our intention for these retreats is to assist women to release excess inflammation from their body using nourishing foods; release stagnant energy and emotions from their body using powerful breath and movement practices and connect with the new energies of a healthy life by following our ‘7 Elements of Intrinsic Health’ journey. Our intention is that each woman leaves this weekend with a renewed sense of wellbeing, looking and feeling lighter and brighter, and super ready to step back into life with a renewed sense of vitality and emplowerment in their own health journey.

Nestled in the divine natural beauty of Kangaroo Valley, Jacks Corner Retreat, is the perfect location to relax, restore, replenish, and renew your mind, body and soul. Connect with the healing and restorative powers of Mother Nature, reconnect to self and replenish your sense of mindbody wellbeing over the course of this beautiful women-centric weekend retreat.
WHAT IS INCLUDED:
- 2 nights accommodation in beautiful free-standing twin bedroom pavillions totally immersed in nature, each with own private ensuite;

- Daily sunrise yoga practice and meditation (optional) within the purpose-built yoga yurt – a sacred space for self-discovery, deep healing, connection and transformation;

- Free time and space to relax, recharge, replenish and renew either on your own solo journey or in the company of other beautiful like-minded women;
- A powerful breathwork journey led by the gifted Gabe Morahan (what a treasure she is!) which will allow you to release any blockages stopping you from truly thriving;
- A powerful sound healing journey facilitated by the divinely gifted Barbara Jackson (Saturday night);
- A beautiful sacred cacao ceremony around the open fire to open the heart and invite your soul to speak to guide you on your wellness journey.

INVESTMENT:
We have either quad share or twin share eco-pods available. If you would like to share an eco-pod with a friend, please advise us at time of booking so we can be sure to accommodate. Preference will be offered to a group of four women who would like to share the quad rooms (only 2 Quad rooms available – bunk bed configuration).

Our retreats are held at Jack’s Corner Retreat, Kangaroo Valley.
Surrounded by bushland, lotus filled ponds and thick forest Jack’s Corner Retreat is the perfect place to forget it all and just enjoy the peacefulness of this divine valley setting.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Our Retreats offer you a weekend to pause, relax, recharge and release that which is no longer serving your highest potential for wellness. You can do as much or as little as you like during your stay with us, as all the activities are completely optional.
Whilst we will be providing workshops and practices to empower you with the knowledge and tools you need to start truly nourishing your body and mind to change your life for the better, it is up to you how much you join in. The retreat allows you to immerse yourself in these teachings and practices as you live alongside Stephanie for the duration of the retreat, allowing you to gain valuable insight into her unique and enlightening approach to women’s health, or it may simply offer you the rare opportunity to take a break, breath the fresh air and contemplate what you need to ‘lighten up’ your life.

FRIDAY
- Arrival anytime around 5pm;
- Sit back and relax with a welcoming herbal tea designed to calm the mind and connect you with your intentions for the weekend.
- Light Supper – Enjoy a nourishing light supper along with a powerful mindful eating practice to stimulate detoxification and replenishment from the very first bite.
- Welcome Circle – Stephanie will officially open the retreat at 7pm, holding space for each woman to set her own intentions for the weekend and create a sacred space for restoration and replenishment.
- Yoga Nidra experience – to lull you into a deeply restorative and tranquil sleep in your new surrounds.
SATURDAY
- Sunrise yoga and morning meditation class in the sacred yoga yurt overlooking the gorgeous bushland – what a way to start the day!
- Enjoy a nourishing wholefood breakfast to replenish your physical body and calm your mind.
- Take a mindful nature walk with Steph whilst she teaches simple, yet powerful practices to calm the body and mind.
- Spend some time journaling and reflecting whilst enjoying a delicious, rejuvenating herbal tea to stimulate your spirit and bring clarity of mind. For those who have never journalled before, don’t worry, we will be taking you through a simple practice to get you started.
- Women’s Wellness Workshop to support restoration and renewal of mind, body and spirit.
- An opportunity to participate in a transformational breathwork journey, led by the amazing Gabe Morahan.
- Enjoy a nourishing, replenishing wholefood feast in this peaceful haven, whilst connecting with like-minded women, or hanging out with the wildlife if you prefer to lunch on your own – catered for by Caterina Catering using fresh, seasonal produce from the local farms.
- Relax and restore your physical body and calm your mind with Yoga Nidra after lunch;.
- Free time to rest, relax, read, reflect, or just chill with Steph – an opportunity to ask anything you want to support your wellness journey.
- Women’s Wellness Workshop #2 to support restoration and renewal of mind, body and spirit.
- Earlybird Wholefood Feast to nourish the physical body before we head out for an open fire ceremony.
