As you journey to our secluded retreat location, you’ll find yourself surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of nature. Nourishing Your Body and Mind:
At our retreat, we believe in the power of holistic wellness to nurture both the body and the soul. Throughout your stay, you’ll indulge in nourishing organic meals expertly crafted to restore and renew your physical body. From vibrant salads to hearty soups, each meal is designed to fuel your body with the nutrients it needs to thrive.

In addition to nourishing your body, you’ll also have the opportunity to nourish your mind through a variety of empowering workshops and practices. Led by experienced facilitators, these sessions will guide you on a journey of self-discovery, helping you uncover your inner strength and wisdom.

We have several ticket options available for this retreat.

You can secure your place with us at retreat by choosing the ‘deposit’ ticket for either the SINGLE (twin share) or PRIVATE DOUBLE room options. We will then send you a reminder to pay the remainder of the booking fee by the Earlybird cut off date of 30 March if you wish to secure the early bird rate. If you miss this date, you will miss out on the $100 saving, but your place will still be secured.

You can also choose to ‘Earlybird FULL Payment’ if you have the funds ready to go for this retreat. Keep in mind the refund policy (see FAQs section) when booking. Be sure to choose the right ticket (i.e shared single or private double) for your needs.

Please note, the SINGLE option is for those who are comfortable sharing a twin-share mezzanine room within one of the 4 cottages at this property. Access to this room is via a flight of stairs in a twin-share mezzanine room (see image below), so please do not choose this accomodation option if you have mobility concerns. The private double room (ground floor) would be a more comfortable choice for you in this case.

If you wish to share with a friend or two, please send us an email at the time of booking to advise, so we can be sure to place you in the same cottage together.

For those interested in sharing a double bed, we are happy to accomodate this request and the second retreater will pay a half price fee to cover foods/activities only (please email us to let us know if this is a better option for you and your friend).

  • 2 nights accommodation in beautiful free-standing shared living cottages (4 cottages housing 3-4 women) totally immersed in nature.
  • Each cottage contains a shared  ensuite, kitchen, fireplace, balcony and lounge room;
  • Nourishing organic and seasonal wholefood meals, teas and treats, expertly crafted by Stephanie Meades (Women’s Holistic Health Nutritionist) to help restore and renew your physical body and calm your mind;
  • Daily sunrise yoga practice and meditation (totally optional) within the purpose-built yoga shala overlooking the stunning scenery of the blue mountains (seriously EPIC way to start the day) – a sacred space for self-discovery, deep healing, connection and transformation;
  • Daily yoga nidra (sleeping yoga) to calm and restore the physical body;
  • Daily opportunities to journal and reflect on life and reset or renew your intentions to support optimal mind body wellbeing;
  • Women’s wellness workshops (incl nutrition, hormonal health, breathwork and mindfulness activities) and embodied mindbody practices facilitated by Stephanie Meades and her team of expert facilitators to support mind body restoration and renewal;
  • Free time and space to relax, recharge, replenish and renew either on your own solo journey or in the company of other beautiful like-minded women;
  • A transformational sacred cacao and breathwork journey to awaken your inner magic;
  • A fire ceremony (if weather permints) to clear outdated beliefs, habits and actions and set new intentions for your life.

Overall, this divine women-only retreat offers you a much needed weekend to pause, replenish, reconnect and renew your mind, body and soul.


Often we are asked why our retreats are so cheap considering all that is included….the short answer….we like to keep it affordable to all that are called to join us. 

  • Early Bird – Twin share – $699 (paid in full by 30 March 2024) – you will be sharing the mezzaine level of the cottage with another woman (see images below) – please only book this ticket if you are prepared to share this space with another women or if you are wanting to book with another 1-2 friends you are willing to share a cottage with (be sure to book in with at the same time to secure your preference). Please also note, access to the mezzaine floor of the cottage requires women to climb a flight of 10 steps. Please do not book this option if you have any concerns/issues with negotiating stairs.
  • Early Bird – Private Double Room (ground floor)– $799 (paid in full by 30 March 2024) – This room is a private room located in the shared cottage. You will share an ensuite, kitchen, loungeroom, balcony with another 2 women, however you are able to shut off your room for additional privacy. This room is for you if you know you snore, or you just want your own personal space across the course of the weekend. Note – if you have a friend who wishes to share a double room with you (double bed) please let us know and we can offer them a half price ticket (to cover food/activities/insurances). 
  • Standard – Twin share – $799 (paid in full by 30 April 2024)
  • Standard – Private Double Room – $899 (paid in full by 30 April 2024)

Please note, if you cannot afford to pay in full just yet, you can pay a $200 non-refundable deposit to secure your place at this retreat, rather than waiting as numbers are limited and tickets sell out fast. Once the available places are taken, there will be no additional options to add additional women, so if you would like to bring along a friend or family member, please ensure you book at the same time to avoid disappointment, and send us an email to let us know who you would like to share your eco-pod with.

If you would like to secure your booking but you are not yet ready to pay the full early bird price, please use the ‘Deposit’ link to secure with a $200 deposit and we will send you a reminder to ensure the remainder of the retreat costs are paid by the dates listed above.

For those who have been on retreat with us before, you know that we remain very flexible with our agenda/schedule to ensure we meet the group’s needs as they arise. This may result in a change in agenda during the retreat.

The retreat will be held at Kurrajong Trails and Cottages

Surrounded by bushland, a winding river and sprawling vistas of the Blue Mountains, Kurrajong Trails and Cottages is the perfect place to forget it all and just enjoy the peacefulness of this divine valley setting. 


The retreat will offer you a weekend to pause, relax and recharge. You can do as much or as little as you like during your stay with us. Whilst we will be providing workshops and practices to empower you with the knowledge and tools you need to start truly nourishing your body and mind to change your life for the better, it is up to you how much you join in. The retreat allows you to immerse yourself in these teachings and practices as you live alongside the Life Wellness Co team for the duration of the retreat, allowing you to gain valuable insight into their unique and enlightening approach to womens health, or it may simply offer you the rare opportunity to take a break, breath the fresh air and contemplate what you need to fully ‘Relax & Replenish’ your life.


Friday - 31 May

  • Arrival anytime approx. 3pm;
  • Sit back and relax with a welcoming herbal tea designed to calm the mind and connect you with your intentions for the weekend.
  • Early evening meal – our first opportunity to come together as a group and enjoy a delicious wholefood meal, and a chance for you to meet the other amazing women who are sharing the experience with you.
  • Welcome Circle – Stephanie will officially open the retreat at 7pm in our welcoming circle, holding space for each woman to set her own intentions for the weekend and create a sacred space for restoration and renewal.
  • Yoga Nidra experience with the beautiful Mel Conte – to lull you into a deeply restorative and tranquil sleep in your new surrounds.

Saturday - 1st June

  • Sunrise yoga and morning meditation class in the sacred yoga shala overlooking the gorgeous Blue Mountains – what a way to start the day!
  • Enjoy a nourishing wholefood breakfast to replenish your physical body and calm your mind.
  • Take a mindful nature walk with Steph whilst she teaches simple, yet powerful practices to calm the body and mind.
  • Spend some time journaling and reflecting whilst enjoying a delicious, rejuvenating herbal tea to stimulate your spirit and bring clarity of mind. For those who have never journalled before, don’t worry, we will be taking you through a simple practice to get you started.
  • Women’s Wellness Workshop to support restoration and renewal of mind, body and spirit.  
  • A transformational Sacred Cacao & Breathwork Journey to restore your connection with yourself and cultivate greater sensations of self-love and devotion to your wellness journey.
  • Enjoy a nourishing, replenishing wholefood feast in this peaceful haven, whilst connecting with like-minded women, or hanging out with the wildlife if you prefer to lunch on your own.
  • Relax and restore your physical body and calm your mind with Yoga Nidra after lunch;.
  • Free time to rest, relax, read, reflect, or just chill with Steph – an opportunity to ask anything you want to support your wellness journey.
  • Women’s Wellness Workshop #2 to support restoration and renewal of mind, body and spirit.  
  • Earlybird Wholefood Feast to nourish the physical body before we head out for an open fire ceremony.
  • Open fire, clearing and release ceremony facilitated by Steph to support releasing that which no longer serves your wellbeing and set new intentions for the future (weather dependant).
  • Quiet time for self-contemplation

Sunday - 2nd June

  • Sunrise yoga and morning meditation (optional for the early birds) class in the sacred yoga shala overlooking the gorgeous mountains.
  • Enjoy a nourishing wholefood breakfast to replenish your physical body and calm your mind.
  • Explore the grounds with a mindful nature walk or Spend some time journaling and reflecting whilst enjoying a delicious, rejuvenating herbal tea to stimulate your spirit and bring clarity of mind.
  • Women’s Wellness Workshop #3 to support restoration and renewal of mind, body and spirit.  
  • Closing circle @ 11am – facilitated by Stephanie to reflect on learnings and set wellness intentions moving forward.
